He's great at communicating and thinking of new ways on how to explain different techniques in a way I can understand and transfer into my singing, and we've managed to expand my voice more than I ever thought I could. He's also taught me how to read music and play piano! He's a very skilled teacher and is a great guy to work with in general. He's easy to get along with and is really funny, I really enjoy getting lessons from him."

  • "My time with Jantzen has been the best time and money I’ve spent to develop my voice. Not only is he a talented singer himself, he is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of your voice and how to control it. He provided me with information on theory, breath control, vowel shaping… the list goes on. Not only is he a talented and accomplished teacher and musician, he is also very personable and fantastic to work with. Very often we were surprised that a whole hour had passed because he was able to make the sessions so enjoyable. I don’t know if I could provide a higher recommendation to someone looking to grow as a vocalist."

Jantzen's technique begins at the basics with core breathing exercises, vowel & tongue placement, posture, and a set of vocal exercises that you will continue to master and perfect at each session. Jantzen's studio is so welcoming and warm and is intended for you to explore, mess up, learn, and laugh.
